While not required, after filling out this form, you may send in any any additional information, reference letters or statements of your golfing accomplishments and/or goals you feel would be meaningful. The most helpful references would be from informed and objective parties and would address financial/family circumstances, golf goals/potential/accomplishments and general character background. Any letters from tournament operators or others in the game of golf familiar with your background could be particularly beneficial. All applicants without significant competitive golf experience are very strongly encouraged to submit at least one reference letter from an appropriate party to attest to an immediate readiness to begin playing competitive junior golf – Any such applications without this additional documentation are very likely to either be rejected or to cause us to request this supporting information before further considering your application.
