The mission of the Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce is to enrich the lives of young professionals in the greater Los Angeles area and to develop strong corporate, civic and nonprofit leaders through professional growth, leadership development, personal enrichment and community involvement.
The mission of the LAJCC Charity Foundation is to provide opportunities and resources that create a positive influence in the greater Los Angeles area by empowering individuals to become responsible, contributing members of their communities.

The LAJCC's youth programs impact more than 10,000 children throughout Greater Los Angeles who participate in our three signature youth programs: L.A. Watts Summer Games, Safe Passage Tennis Program, and Urban Youth Golf Program. Through youth sports, children build bridges of understanding between one another and learn the values of sportsmanship, respect, and integrity on the field and off the field.
LAJCC members bring diverse professional backgrounds and strong philanthropic values to their involvement in LAJCC activities. Through LAJCC membership benefits, young professionals cultivate leadership, governance, interpersonal and networking skills that create a dynamic skill set for future community service and professional endeavors.
